The reason I modified it is I didn’t have the same ingredients she uses and I love this recipe so much, I’m going to keep it the same. It will store in the fridge and you can put this stuff on lots of dishes…its that good!
Now what I did…..
Simple Vegan Salad Dressing
What you’ll need for your Simple Vegan Salad Dressing:
- ½ c nutritional yeast
- 1/3 c Bragg Soy Seasoning
- 1/3 c combined Red Wine Vinegar and Lemon Juice
- 1/3 c water
- 2 T Tahini
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 T olive oil
How to make your Simple Vegan Salad Dressing
- Put all the ingredients into a blender (high speed is awesome, regular blender will do)
- Blend for a couple minutes till its in a thick liquid form
- Pour it into a jar or whatever you have and pop it in the fridge till your ready to use it!
- You can put this on a salad, over cooked veggies and rice, really anything. It lasts about 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
