Guacamole Healthy Yummy Delicious Snack
Guacamole is a healthy, yummy and delicious snack! This is our own version and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. I love dipping mine in crackers or with nacho chips…total yum! My husband likes his on a sandwich or in a wrap. How will you eat yours? Maybe right out of the bowl or on a serving of pasta. The sky is the limit.
The cool thing about guacamole is its easy to make, fast to make and almost everyone loves it. Going to a party? No problem, make some guacamole and take it along with you…you won’t be bringing any home, its that good.

Guacamole Healthy Yummy Delicious Snack
So easy to make, chop up the veggies, mash the avocado, squeeze the lime and mix it all together and basically you are ready to go. You gotta love the simplicity of this awesome dish.
What you will need for your Guacamole Healthy Yummy Delicious Snack:
Now this is not an exact science. You will need a little more or a little less depending on your taste, preferences and size of the avocados. Have fun with making it your own.
- 2-3 Avocado (depends on the size) Peel, remove pit and smash in a bowl
- 1-2 limes, squeeze the juice right onto the smashed avocado right away so it stays green
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-2 green onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 stalk of celery, chopped fine
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine (optional)
- 2-4 T of cilantro, chopped fine (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make your Guacamole Healthy Yummy Delicious Snack
- Chop and mince all the extras for your guacamole and set aside for later
- Open, peel, remove pit and mash your avocado into a bowl for mixing
- Squeeze the lime juice right on the avocado, quickly to keep it from going brown and to add some awesome flavour
- Add in the remaining ingredients (except cilantro) and mix it all up
- Taste and adjust the flavour to your liking
- Top with cilantro (optional) We love it!
- Spoon into a nice serving dish and eat away….serve with chips, crackers, pasta or put it on a wrap or just eat it right out of the bowl.
