Avocado Toast
Avocado is such a marvellous vegetable! In the McLellan household we use this brilliant vegetable daily…in our smoothies, in our wraps, salads and so much more. It adds that creamy texture and nutty flavour to any dish. Here is a super simple simple vegan breakfast or snack – Avocado Toast.
One of my favourite ways to eat avocado is on toast. Choose your favourite bread, gluten free or not and toast it up. Spread a little Vegenaise on the toast, smash up some avocado and add that. I also like to top with a few red onion slices, and some hot red pepper flakes. Perfect!
